While the idea of manufacturers dealing directly with end users and cutting out suppliers and distributors isn’t a new one, it has become more commonplace over the past few years.
It seems more and more businesses are using the economic downturn as an opportunity to cross lines that are increasingly more blurry.
The way the chain is supposed to work is as follows:
Manufacturers sell to suppliers, suppliers sell to distributors and distributors sell to end users.

Why is the Budget a Secret?

The “secret budget” is from feeling that by making the budget known the other party will try to take all of it. What they want is a “deal”, but what they are going to get is a headache.
